Starting single-user OpenEdge in interactive mode

To start single-user OpenEdge, enter the following command: 

prowin32 [ db-name ] -1 [ parameters ]

db-name

Specifies the database you want to start. (-db is implicit but can be specified)

parameters

Specifies the startup parameters you want to use to describe system and application characteristics.
